How to use the template

Download the file
Choose the personal budget or household template. The file downloads as a CSV.

Open it in a spreadsheet
Open the file in Excel or Numbers. In Google Sheets, choose File → Import and select the file.

Enter your own amounts
Use take-home income. Divide yearly bills by 12, delete rows you do not need and add your own.

Yes. Both CSV files are free to download, and you do not need an account to get them.

Yes. Open the CSV in Excel or Numbers. In Google Sheets, choose File → Import and add the file to a spreadsheet.
What should go in a shared household budget?+
Add the income you plan together, then include shared bills and other household costs. Decide together whether personal purchases belong in the plan.
Can I import the template into Ropeno?+
Yes. Fill in the file, then import it into a Ropeno budget.
